Roy has had rental properties for 20+ years and has been growing his Short Stay Rental business since 2019. A Superhost and Premier Host, Roy and his Team are readily available to answer any questions and/or assist before, during, and after your stays. Roy and his wife, Kelly, live nearby in downtown Montgomery at their Train Depot Home and their Forest Home just north of Montgomery in the Sam Houston National Forest with their sweet English Bull Terrier, Juno.

Lake ConRoy’s Hidden Gem on the Tracks gives you the feeling that you're miles away from civilization, yet it's less than 5 minutes from Historic Downtown Montgomery and about 10 minutes from Lake Conroe. Sitting sweetly on a wooded lot and right off railroad tracks, this 3 bedroom/2 bath has all the indoor/outdoor space needed for any type of family fun or romantic retreat! The short trains passing by periodically add a nice, nostalgic feel to the property and experience too. We're also HAPPY TO REPORT we've added a fenced in area around the front of the home for your pets to roam freely, while you're relaxing. We do allow social gatherings, but WE DO REQUIRE NOTIFICATION and details prior to check-in and the Host's final approval. LATE CHECK-OUT options available at two different levels: Until 12 noon at no charge Until 2pm @ 45. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. In addition to the home, guests may also inquire about utilizing an adult game room nearby on-site. An additional fee 'may' apply, so be sure to ask about it's availability and check it out. It has a pool table and shuffle board table along with a kitchenette, bathroom, sitting area, and two huge TVs. It can make for a great hang out to compliment your stay with us. This Hidden Gem is located on a property along with two other rental units, so if you're planning a family gathering or looking to hang out somewhere for a stay with friends, message the host, Roy, to inquire about availability of adjacent properties or check our accommodation availability feature on our website. The entire property (3 units, including this Hidden Gem) will comfortably sleep up to 20 guests, and one of the other properties, Train Depot, has a swimming pool! This home is located at the front of a neighborhood about 1 mile south of downtown Montgomery, which is packed full of cute little antique shops, boutiques, wine bars, eateries, etc.
