Moose Pond is just steps from the front door and Pleasant Mountain Ski Area is only a half-mile away from this perfect year-round retreat. When you're not making the most of your time on the mountain or the lake, you can enjoy exploring nearby hiking trails, blueberry picking, farm stands, local shops, and Farmer's Markets. On-site amenities include a shared dock, a swimming area beach, a pool, a tennis court also lined for two pickleball courts, a lakeside firepit, and kayaks/SUPs available for use. A wood-burning brick fireplace and a smart TV provide the perfect setting for casual downtime in the living room. The lower-level living area also features a smart TV and sofa seating for added flexibility and home comfort. The downstairs space also features a separate kitchenette/wet bar equipped with a sink and a fridge. The main kitchen features a full kitchen equipped with all major appliances, cookware, and utensils needed for home cooking. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
