Property info

Enjoy this picturesque 2 bedroom cottage (sleeps 6) with a secluded private beach on Brewer Lake! This beautifully renovated waterfront home comes fully equipped with an air conditioning heat pump, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and comfortable furnishings. A babbling brook flows down to the water a mere 15 feet from the camp entrance and leads to the largest privately owned sand beach on Brewer Lake. The waterfront comes with a large deck, grill, kayaks, and fire pit.

Neighborhood info

The camp is located on a quiet dirt road with miles of walking access along the shore of Brewer lake. Great for biking, running, or walking. Room for three or four cars to park. Many people ride their bikes, walk, run, or bring ATVs along the dirt road this campus located on a very quiet section of the lake, with only three camps beyond it on the road.
