Light and bright with condo with a lakeview with two masters. Located in a Boulder Bay. Just a short walking distance to Boulder Bay Park for fishing, swimming or paddle boarding. LIVING SPACE - Cozy 800+ sq ft home with living room, TV, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. First master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and balcony. Second master bedroom has a double bed and private bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. OUTDOORS - Heated community pool and Jacuzzi. PARKING - Parking for 2 vehicles, no boat/trailer parking Other things to note: Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
