The primary suite features a plush king-size bed, an armchair, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and a deep bathtub. This room occupies the entire top floor of the unit, but does not have a door at the top of the stairs. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a recliner. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom holds a queen-size bed, and the third bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy sweeping views and fresh mountain air at any time. The covered section invites you to relax in the shade, whereas the plush love seat offers space to soak up the sun. One uncovered guest space may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
