Curaçao – Waterfront 2-Bedroom Condo in Historic Key West Relax and unwind at Curaçao, a waterfront condominium in the Pelican Landing community on Garrison Bight. This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers approximately 1,200 square feet of living space and sleeps up to six guests, with a maximum occupancy of eight—ideal for families or friends visiting Key West. The open living area offers space to relax after a day on the water. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, and appliances for easy meal preparation, and high-speed WiFi supports remote work and streaming. A full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. The primary bedroom features a king bed, water views, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and its own ensuite bathroom. Step onto the private balcony overlooking the harbor and heated pool—ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The balcony includes keyless stair access to the pool area. Guests enjoy amenities including a shared heated pool, tiki area with BBQ grills, free parking, secure keyless entry, and a private building elevator. The property sits next to Bayview Park, offering green space, tennis courts, basketball courts, and community events. The location is ideal for exploring the island. Walk or bike to Duval Street, the Historic Seaport, and the Hemingway House, all less than one mile away. Grocery stores and the airport are minutes away. Dock Access: Dock access is provided by the condominium association and, outside scheduled maintenance periods, may include use of a private boat slip with water and power, a covered fish cleaning station, and access to an on-site commercial ice maker. Important Notice: The condominium dock is scheduled for reconstruction beginning April 27, 2026, for approximately 30 days. During this period, dock access will be unavailable and daytime construction noise may occur. All other amenities remain unaffected.
