The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and very convenient. You’ll find everything you need close by — grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and a town center with shops and entertainment. The beach is only about 15 minutes away, making it easy to enjoy sunny days by the ocean. It’s a great area for walking, exploring, or simply relaxing after a busy day.
