Ultra-private country estate-gated, tucked along the golf course with a pond, creek, and park-like grounds. Evenings are for a quiet movie night form our extensive movie collection or streaming services (YouTube TV & NFL/Redzone included). Comfort, seclusion, and convenience-your place to stay and recharge in the heart of Central Washington.
My wife and I purchased the ranch ~4 years ago and it’s been a huge project ever since. The last step was renovating the loft which had been used by the previous owner’s son before. We saw it as a chance to have create some income and it sounded like a fun endeavor we’ve enjoyed entertaining guests-making sure try to go above and beyond wherever we can. I work in the Ag industry and my wife is a HS English teacher.
I used to dream about this property ever since I was a kid playing junior golf on Suntides. When we saw the listing, we knew we had to see it. Once I did, my wife knew we’d made our choice lol This property a labor of love. Once you’re on the grounds you’ll understand. It’s a one-of-a-kind. Complete privacy, 5acres of manicured park-like grounds, 100yr old trees. We love it and it’s another reason we like renting out the loft. The place is meant to be explored and enjoyed. It provides a sense of validation, all the work we put into to it when we hear from our guests. We’re proud of it and happy to share!
