Guests are getting access to one of New England's most exclusive lakes with multiple ways to enjoy the property. Included with your reservation is access to lakeside campfires, use of canoes, kayaks and paddle boards, a swim raft and the best beach on Little Squam Lake. This cottage sits only feet away from the water. It has two bedrooms each with a double bed. The living room, bathroom and kitchen are all compact, but provide enough space to be comfortable. The screen porch overlooks the lake and is the perfect place to watch the loons and bald eagles. This cottage shares the 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. Walk 0.5 miles to the Squamside Beach Bar or Walter's Basin restaurant. 200 yards away is The Ice House Creamery with home made ice cream. 1 mile away you can see bears, bobcats & mountain lions at the Squam Lakes Science Center. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake! Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be sent to the guests prior to arrival. Smoking is only permitted on the property at the designated smoking areas near the parking lot. Suites 1, 3, 4, 9 and 12 are also pet friendly! There is an additional one-time pet fee. Guests are asked to clean all dishes and broom sweep the floor prior to checkout. Guests have access to all rooms in the suite. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on land and on the water. Kayaks and canoes are free for guests to use during daylight hours.
