Hi! I love to travel and host travelers, and I look forward to your visit at my place in West Palm Beach. I live in the main house but am often traveling, so I may or may not be available in person during your stay.

Welcome to my cozy guesthouse property within minutes of downtown and gorgeous Palm Beach Island with gorgeous new saltwater pool and spa. Suites are: A: 2 BR suite, 400 sq ft. BRs: 1 king, 1 single-over-full bunk bed B: 275 sq ft studio efficiency, queen bed, step out to pool C: 275 sq ft studio efficiency, queen bed, view of pool Amenities: Saltwater pool with hot tub, shared with three small suites Beach cruisers (2) - free for guest use Stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, hot plate Full bath Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner Organic coffee Smart TV Free Wifi Easy street parking - always a spot right in front Propane grill Common space outdoor area, sitting area 10 minutes to CityPlace, Palm Beach Municipal Beach, and the airport Tesla charger on request

This is a modest and very friendly residential neighborhood just south of downtown West Palm Beach. We know our neighbors and you can feel safe and secure here. We have no issues with crime.
