Come spend wonderful times at our lovely two-story split-level house in Summerville! Comfortably accommodating 8 guests, it includes 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, 3 baths, 2 living rooms, kitchen, laundry room and spacious backyard. Close to Historic Downtown Summerville, enjoy visiting our fine eateries and top sights - Azalea Park, Colonial Dorchester State Historic Site, Hutchinson Square, etc. - that are only a few miles away! **Please note that this house has stairs, and you will be required to climb. Downstair has 1 bed and 1 full bath with a living area and upstairs have 3 bedroom and 2 full baths with living area and kitchen.
