Our property is located in the heart of the Downtown New Orleans area. We are just 2 blocks away from the Street Car, that can take guests uptown or downtown. The Convention Center is just a short 8 minute walk from our property, and the World War II Museum is right next door to us. We have a small neighborhood market about a block away, that has essential items if needed. Our apartments are stylishly decorated, and equipped with all necessary items to make a wonderful stay in New Orleans the best vacation yet!

The property is located in an area where you may have to pay to park on the street. The rates do fluctuate and you can only reserve a maximum of 2 hours at a time. This parking is regulated from 8AM - 6PM. However, there are a few other options in the area. There is a parking garage across the street from the entrance of the building as well as a parking lot just a block away. Please note that the garage is attached to the Andrew Higgins Hotel, and the entrance to the garage is on Magazine St. There is also free parking on the streets adjacent to the building. This is first come first serve and is never guaranteed. Free parking is located on John Churchill Chase St, the half block of Constance St and the half block of Poeyfarre St. If you are planning on parking and forgetting it, we recommend downloading the Spot Hero App. The app will allow you to set the dates of your parking, and does offer discounted parking rates and locations in New Orleans.
