Relax in this Hill Country retreat with private access to the Guadalupe River. This spacious 750 sq. ft one bedroom apartment is cozy enough for a romantic getaway for two or bring the family (sleeps up to 6). Enjoy the full kitchen, bath, and living room as your home away from home. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the hills along the Guadalupe from this second story cottage overlooking 5+ acres with mature shade trees. Porch with barbecue and fire ring available upon request.
We live on the premises and would be happy to check you in and acquaint you with the area or just head straight to your hideaway using your private personal access code entry.
Scenic, walkable neighborhood (exactly one mile around Lazy Creek Loop), less than 5-minute walk to private river access with fire pit, and close to an ideal spot to launch your kayaks/canoes with the option to get out at our private river access point or head all the way to the dam at Lake New Ingram. Only a few miles from the Hunt General Store as well as the shops at Ingram Loop. The greater Kerrville area has something for everyone with plenty of outdoor activities (parks, hunting, fishing, water sports, farmer’s market), restaurants for every occasion and palate as well as offerings for art and music enthusiasts, including Crider’s Rodeo & Dance Hall just up the road. Enjoy day trips to the wineries in Fredericksburg, go antiquing in Comfort, or shop in Boerne.
