FIRS FLOOR: Kitchen: Fully equipped with a large bench and 6 stools, complete with utensils (pots, pans, glasses, etc.). Living Room: Features double-height ceilings, elegant sofas, chaise lounges, an electric fireplace, and a 55-inch TV, creating a spacious and luxurious environment. Toilet: Guest bathroom available. Laundry Room: Fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Balcony: A beautiful terrace with a barbecue, a table with 6 chairs, and a great jacuzzi for relaxation and entertainment. 2 parking in front of the house SECOND FLOOR: Three Suites: Each suite has a complete private bathroom, closets, and all are equipped with TVs.
