FIRST FLOOR Kitchen: Fully equipped with a large bench and 6 stools, complete with utensils (pots, pans, glasses, etc.). Living Room: Features double-height ceilings, elegant sofas, chaise lounges, an electric fireplace, and a 55-inch TV, creating a spacious and luxurious environment. Toilet: Guest bathroom available. Laundry Room: Fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Balcony: A beautiful terrace with a barbecue, a table with 6 chairs, and a great jacuzzi for relaxation and entertainment. 2 parking in front of the house SECOND FLOOR: Three Suites: Each suite has a complete private bathroom, closets, and all are equipped with TVs. One suite with 2 twin beds. One suite with a king-size bed. The master suite includes a king-size bed, a desk, and a large chaise lounge, offering comfort and utility. Magic Village Views, beautiful new condominium with houses of modern contemporary architecture with parking spaces in front of the unit, all in a great location near the US -192 with lots of entertainment, such as cinemas, restaurants, water parks and shopping centers, 6 min from Disney parks, 25 min from Universal, 26 min from Sea World, 14 min from the Outlet, 3 min from pharmacies, and Walmart. OTHER NOTES: 1. The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.  WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues. I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing. 2. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate. All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows. * We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer. PROPANE GAS ONLY GRILL RULES: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of 75.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement. HOUSES THAT HAVE A JACUZZI: On the balcony do not have additional fees added to the daily rates, this is a courtesy, if a problem occurs during your stay we do not refund amounts due to the jacuzzi not functioning properly. Do not throw any type of product into the water, subject to a fine of 150.00 RESERVATIONS OVER 28 DAYS: For stays longer than 28 days, the guest will be required to pay for an additional cleaning service, which will be performed after 15 days of stay to ensure the property's upkeep. It is not allowed to throw parties at the house, the condominium does not allow it, if you insist you will pay a fine of 600.00 No pets allowed. otherwise you will be subject to a fine of 350.00
