For Donald and Katherine, the building of their family house was building a footbridge between generations, which has since then turned to a solid foundation. From them, to their children, their grandchildren, and so on until the house is of legends, passed from parent to child faithfully through time. A place with family traditions, a home where kith and kin may gather, their grandchildrens’ home away from home, full of customs particular to their own lands, this manor they have built has become a valued retreat to their family, and out of respect, wish to share its serenity and peaceful calmness with those who wish for such things as these.
