**Security deposit and rental agreement required** Kick back and relax at Mama Bear's Retreat! This peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin sits in the woods of Sevierville just north of downtown. This cabin is perfect for family gatherings with entertainment for all ages. See who's got better reflexes with a game of air hockey or test each other's wits in a board game. The living room features a large, 60" flat screen Smart TV and a gas fireplace (available from October to April) that the family will enjoy. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue or whip up a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen that the family can enjoy on the deck or the large dining table. There's a space for everyone to enjoy and spread out. Additional amenities include a private hot tub and bumper pool table. We are located across the street from the brand new Soaky Mountain Water Park, the Tennessee Legend Distillery, and the Sevierville Golf Club. There's plenty to do within walking distance of the cabin! *Construction is going on nearby the cabin. We apologize for any noise*
