The space • 1,696 sqft • sanitized, self-check-in (contact free) • fast & stable wifi • washer/dryer • free parking - on the driveaway. • 10 mins drive to downtown Joshua Tree • Desert & Mountain views Managed by | Marbella Lane | Full-service vacation rental property management | Top performer by AirDNA 4 bedrooms • 2 baths • 1 kitchen Indoor games: Shuffleboard & Mini billiards. • Bedroom 3 & Bedroom 4 are interconnected. • No shooting and hunting. • Please be aware this is a desert environment; there are critters around once in awhile. • High clearance vehicles are highly recommended in the desert; please avoid coming In cars which are too low. • Please bring your own wood if you intend to use the outdoor firepit, as well as the indoor fireplace. •Due to the combination of high winds, loose soil/sand in the desert, the cowboy tub will not be prefilled with water to avoid getting the water dirty. Guests are welcome to fill it themselves. Please notify us 24 hours in advance, if additional service is required to fill the cowboy tub on the day of arrival. (A 60USD Dollars fee applies). Other things to note: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed. Pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of 100 USD Dollar per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, 50 USD Dollar per person, per night.
