GENERAL PROPERTY UPDATES On-site parking is 25USD daily per car, with complimentary parking for Owners, Exchange, and Marketing Packages. Packages are available for pickup in the lobby or delivery to your villa by our Safety & Security team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All incoming packages over 1 pound will incur a handling fee based on the item’s weight (See below). Package Handling Fees: 0 – 1.0 lbs = No Charge 1.1– 25 lbs = 5USD 25.1 – 50 lbs = 15USD 50.1 – 100 lbs = 25USD Over 100.1 lbs = 50USD Crate or Pallet = 150USD •Handling fees will be applied as a room charge upon the package’s arrival if a credit card has been placed on file. •Handling fees that cannot be applied as a room charge will be due upon delivery to the recipient. •The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery. Storage: Safety & Security will store all incoming packages for 90 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender (where applicable) or disposed of.
