Best location! Within 3 blocks of all downtown amenities, including City Beach, Sand creek Trail, boat launch, restaurants, bars, The Hive and the Panida entertainment venues and more. Private fenced rooftop patio. Artistic home with beautiful touches. Solar Hot Water heat for the the environmentally conscious. 40 restaurants within a 4 block radius plus lots of retail shops and entertainment. You can't find a better location for all Sandpoint has to offer. Note there is a separate unit downstairs with a separate entrance. This unit can also be rented separately and combined with the upstairs unit for larger groups.
I live here for the incredible quality of life. From the lake to the mountain, there is always an abundance of adventure to be found in every season. This is a great community of artists and innovators and we love to call it home ;)
40 restuarants within a few blocks as well as many shops, famer's market (Saturdays), entertainment, nightlife, hiking and water access.
