The Mickelson Trail Treehouse is a two story rustic log (treehouse) home. It is centrally located in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. It is near Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, Custer State Park and numerous lakes and streams. Rainbow trout is plentiful in the area. Hill City is the center of a vast variety of hunting, fishing, winter sports, and within walking to the Mickelson Trail. The trail is 106 miles long, and crosses some of the most beautiful country side in South Dakota. The seasons bring hunting to the area, and the hills are abundant with turkeys, deer, elk, mountain lions, and other wild game. The owner lives and work in the area, and is in residence in the log home. All guests get full access to the kitchen, cooking facilities, washer and dryer and many other options. The garage is available at an additional price.
Deborah Casey is the owner and operator of the Mickelson Trial Treehouse. She is retired and enjoys the companionship of two corgies in her rustic Treehouse in the Hills. The home is close to the small town of Hill City, is on a a paved road with easy access to and from major intersections. We welcome you to my home for your stay in the Black Hills.
The Black Hills is a favorite for hiking, biking, climbing, hunting, fishing and relaxation. Mt. Rushmore, MickelsonTrail runs thru town and is less than 1/4 miles to the trail from my home.
