Have fun and relax with all your friends and family at our newly-built open-concept home! Built in 2022, this coastal craftsman residence has it all. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, chef's kitchen, private patios, and family room. Directly off the kitchen is a private patio with BBQ grill and brand new outdoor dining set. Steps away is our large community pool, private dock with water access, life-size chess and checkers, outdoor lounge with fireplace, and bocce and pickleball courts!

We love spending time with family, cooking, enjoying delicious meals with friends and family, and staying active. John is an attorney and Gillian is an elementary school counselor.
