Perched on the south slope of Queen Anne hill, this modern townhouse boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 1 study, open living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, and a private rooftop deck. It is within walking distance to major city attractions such as Space Needle, Kerry Park, Seattle Center, and Climate Pledge Arena, and 10 minutes by car to cruise terminals. It will surely become the ideal base for you and your family to enjoy the quintessential city life and explore Emerald city.
We are a family of two, who love outdoor activities such as hiking, mountaineering, backcountry ski, and backpacking. That's also the reason why we love Seattle. We also love traveling the world, trying different food and meeting new people. As well-travelled guests, we know what hosts should do to create confortable experiences. Our goal is to fulfill these requriemetns for every guest. Experience Seattle with us and hope to host you soon!
Queen Anne hill, to the north of Downtown Seattle, is a vibrant, highly walkable residential neighborhood with chic restaurants, artisan coffee shops and numerous tourism attractions, most notably, Kerry Park and Seattle Center. Historical "Queen Anne" style mansions dot the neighborhood, and green spaces and parks boasts the view of Seattle skyline, lake union and Puget Sound. Seattle public transit line goes along Taylor street (1 block from the property). Street parking above Roy street is generally free.
