This elegant duplex townhome in the prestigious Mystic Creek community, located off popular Lake Shore Drive, is the perfect retreat. This home has a private hot tub in the covered lower level patio and an outdoor dining deck complete with a propane gas grill overlooking the green landscape. A covered front porch greets you as you enter the home. A beautiful open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stonework, and a large breakfast bar will delight any chef! Enjoy meals together around the expansive dining table that looks into the great room with a stone fireplace and flat screen TV.
