Have fun with the whole family at this stylish space.Entire daylight basement to yourselves with two bedrooms and a roomy living area.First bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom features full over full bunk bed with a full trundle and full futon sofa bed (four separate full beds for your convenience)Fully equipped and stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer in the bathroom. Complimentary coffee and tea. Backyard is private property and is not included in the listing.Entire basement has heated floors.

Welcome to Parkrose Heights! Portland is a very bike friendly area so you can enjoy the town on bike. This location is particularly convenient because the PDX airport is an 11 minute drive away. Local attractions and scenic points include the Columbia River Gorge, Multnomah Falls all within a 30 minute drive. Mount Hood is within an hour away depending on the traffic. Explore the Stunning Oregon Coast with the nearest beach-The Tillamook Beach being just an hour and a half away. If you've brought your kids we recommend checking out Playdate PDX in downtown portland on a rainy day. For outdoor fun with the kids the Oregon Zoo is just a 20m minute drive. If you love to explore the town we suggest checking out Alberta Arts District with its wide range of bars and restaurants, local art, and live music.
