I am a young professional who travels a lot for work and pleasure. I'm very outgoing, active (avid beach volleyball player), and really enjoy meeting new people. I am a long time AirBnB user and recent AirBnB host. I have been in Jax beach for 3 years and have absolutely fell in love with it. I look forward to sharing my home so that others travelers can visit my beloved city. I live nearby and am available if needed at a moments notice. Check in is contactless and we will not need to interact in person unless you need something.

Property info

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It is a newly renovated unit with plenty of old school Florida home vibes. This house is one unit in a duplex. Location location location! 8 blocks from the ocean. 10 minute walk to the bar & restaurant scene. 15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic.

Neighborhood info

The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a road full of multifamily homes. It is a straight shot to the beach, only about a 10 block walk. Driving is normal but biking around is the best! There are a couple different companies that rent bicycles. You can also get Ubers and Lyfts very easily. There is an app called Beach Buggies that you can download that offers free rides in the beach area only (please tip your driver though!).
