*New Luxury 2 bedroom 2.5 bath home located in the center of Youngsville and 7 minutes from Lafayette*. Great location across from Sugar Mill Pond and minutes from the Youngsville Sports Complex and Top Golf Lafayette. The development is walking distance to shopping, dining & entertainment. (CC's Coffee, McDonalds, Walgreens, Corner Bar, Agave ). The first floor features 1 bedroom and bathroom. The second floor brings you to the kitchen and living area. The Master suite is also located upstairs.
