Welcome to the Ocean Breeze Condo, a gorgeous, Beachfront 7th floor condo, in Jensen Beach, overlooking the ocean, on Hutchinson Island. Newly Renovated. Perfect location in Sand Dollar Shores, on highly desirable Hutchinson Island, home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! 2 Heated Community Pools, Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, Bocce & Shuffleboard Courts. Private balcony w/ seating; unobstructed ocean view. Private, direct beach access. Condo association requires a signed rental application 30 days prior to check-in. 30 day minimum rental period required. there is a separate HOA application that must be submitted 30 days prior to checkin and includes a $175 processing fee.
