Live on the beach! Gorgeous fully furnished 3 bedroom townhome in Del Mar Beach Club! 4 large Pools, 2 of which sit on the bluff overlooking the ocean! Steps leading to private access to the beach. Gym. Enclosed Spa/Sauna/Locker Room complex. BBQ/Grill facilities for member/resident entertainment. Recently resurfaced tennis court just steps away.2 pickle ball courts, also newly resurfaced, which, along with the tennis court, are easily accessible and available and uncrowded. Underground parking with 2 spaces. This spacious townhome has the feeling of a single family home, with a large private front patio area.
