About Ocean Club North Ocean Club North is a private condo complex located on the no-drive portion of the beach. The units here are all 2 bedroom/2 bath units with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The 3-story complex boasts 44 individual units and was built in 1969. Located on the southern end of New Smyrna Beach, this complex resides on the shores of the Atlantic and across from the Indian River Lagoon. Besides direct beach access and balconies with ocean views, guests who stay in one of these New Smyrna Beach condo rentals can enjoy the heated swimming and wading pool, communal washers and dryers, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and many other amazing amenities provided. Right Outside of Your Door New Smyrna Beach is known for its small-town charm and laid-back, family atmosphere. The warm breezes, wide, white sandy beaches, and large selection of outdoor activities make this the ideal spot for your Florida beach vacation. Turtle Mound at Canaveral National Seashore is 4.5 miles south of Ocean Club North, right down A1A.
