The distinctive, vintage-styled living space has a bright open floor plan with large sliding glass doors on two sides. Open the doors to reveal a grand outdoor, screened-in porch that brings the outdoors in. The large porch will make you feel right at home and will be where you want to spend your time enjoying the beautiful view and feeling the serenity of the ocean breeze. Listen closely to hear the waves lapping at the shore. Spend days relaxing and entertaining on the porch that has comfortable seating and has a large dining table, perfect for family dinners overlooking the ocean. There are two Bedrooms and two Bathrooms on the main floor. The Primary bedroom has a King bed and a TV and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a King bed and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination in the hallway. Downstairs, the third guest bedroom has a King size bed as well as additional bedding with a Twin Daybed with a trundle, perfect for family members with children. This bedroom features a 40inch flat-screen Smart TV, for streaming your own media (there is no cable in this bedroom.) There is a half bath downstairs, and two separate walk-in showers that make rinsing off after a day at the beach a breeze. The garage area has been converted to an entertainment room, complete with a ping-pong table, challenge your guests to a friendly match!
