From ocean view balconies to a pool, hot tub, and waterslide in your backyard, this Florida retreat grants guests' every wish. The home is located in the heart of NSB across from the driving beach and walking distance from shopping and dining on Flagler Avenue. Experience an unforgettable stay filled with pool days, beach bike rides, and time with loved ones when you book your vacation here. You'll hardly be able to contain your excitement as you pull into the home's private, 4-vehicle driveway. You'll notice its two furnished balconies look directly onto the ocean waves across the street. The crosswalk is steps away and leads right to the public beach access. Ocean's Edge is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a pool, hot tub, waterslide, easy access to the driving beach, beach toys, two bicycles, surfboard, Smart TVs, whole home WiFi (pool area included!), a fireplace, pool table, a drip coffee maker, a full washer and dryer, and private driveway parking. Please note that management approval must be given and guidelines understood if guests wish to use the hot tub's heat. The home is a 6-minute walk from the famous Flagler Avenue. You'll find cafes, restaurants, bars, boutiques, beach rentals, and more here. It's also a 4-minute drive from the local grocery store. Dogs under 40lbs are welcome!

About Oceania Plaza Oceania Plaza is an oceanfront complex that's walking distance from popular dining and shopping on Flagler Avenue. This complex boasts of a sundeck and pool, which is heated during the winter months, located directly on the beautiful Central Atlantic coastline. With lounge chairs lining the pool deck, and permanent dining tables surrounded by a small green lawn facing the ocean, you can choose to bask in the warm Florida sun around the pool or take your meals picnic style as you watch the waves roll in. Each unit at Oceania Plaza provides expansive beach and ocean views. Every unit is equipped with a full kitchen. Coin operated laundry facilities are located within the complex. Located on the driving portion of the beach, the open beach provides plenty of room to enjoy long walks, shell hunting, sand castle building, and games of catch. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex. You will also find a small arcade and a computer available for printing in the recreation room. The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound.
