I grew up in Hershey, PA in the US and moved west after graduating college to pursue a Master’s Degree. After years of working in the tech industry, owning a tech firm, I switched gears to pursue my growing 2 passions; real estate and the mountains. For years I owned long term investment properties. In 2016 I made the switch to vacation rentals, seeing the opportunity to both enjoy these beautiful spaces and also share them with others. We are available if you need us by message or phone between 8:30am and 6:30pm, 7 days a week.

The name “Inside Out” came about to describe this immersive experience where boundaries between you and the forest dissolve, leaving you with a sense of tranquility and connection. Wake up as the sun rises to a view of the dewy forest through the wall-to-wall glass doors that fold open completely, where there is no transition from the inside out. The optional wall-to-wall screen provides a sense of security in this intimate sanctuary while still allowing the cool breeze to flow into the house. For a 28+ night stay, please get in touch with us before booking. We will provide bi-weekly cleaning at the price quoted, or there is an option to self-clean with a refundable cleaning deposit of three hundred fifty dollars. The longer-term cleaning fee is two hundred twenty-five dollars. The difference between this fee and the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking will be collected along with the deposits before check-in. The Short Term Pet discounted fee for non-shedding dogs is twenty-five dollars per night per dog. If your dog is on the list we will need a picture of you and your dog(s) (together) submitted before check-in day. The Short-term regular Pet fee for other dogs or approved pets is fifty dollars per night per pet. The long-term pet fee (28+ nights or longer) is one hundred fifty dollars per dog per month. For non-shedding dogs on the list, the monthly fee is ninety-five dollars per month. For the long-term stay, if you participate in our Happy Paws Promotion, you will have a discounted rate of fifty dollars per month per dog for non-shedding dogs and ninety-five dollars per month per dog for the regular pet fee. A refundable pet deposit of more than 2 approved pets is five hundred dollars. Please get in touch with us for the approved list of non-shedding dogs along with the breed and age of your pets.
