Less than a mile from the beach, this peaceful vacation rental consists of a two-story cottage and a comfy barn above an active woodworking shop. Tucked away among the tranquil greenery, this retreat boasts contemporary architecture, mod furnishings, two full kitchens, and a great outdoor space. Enjoy family barbecues on the large stone patio and dine alfresco at the charming picnic table. Wind down after a day on the trail in Acadia, with drinks and conversation around the firepit. Kick back in the open living area, where a woodstove provides a cozy ambience for movie nights. Upstairs, settle into the furnished loft with a mug of hot tea and a good book on rainy or snowy days. A private washer/dryer and fast WiFi add convenience to longer stays. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. A flight of exterior stairs is required to access the barn. The barn is above the owner's woodworking shop that operates between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Some noise may be heard from the shop during these hours.
