Welcome to Palmetto Place - your laid-back coastal retreat on St. Simons Island. This delightful two-bedroom, two-bath home is the ideal base for experiencing everything the island has to offer. Bright, stylish, and inviting, the space is thoughtfully curated with everything you need to arrive, settle in, and effortlessly unwind.
I love curating a place where people can unwind and relax. My family and I designed this home and absolutely loved doing so. The furniture is new (purchased this year). Each piece is unique and special to us so we'd really appreciate it if you would use and handle everything with care. Please enjoy!
Our neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful (please keep it this way if you choose to book). Walk 10 minutes to favorite local restaurants, like Brogan's North or La Plancha ! The home is an 8 minute walk to nearby Yoga and Pilates studios, a bike rental shop, and more. It's an 11-13 minute drive from public beach accesses and if you're planning on renting bikes, it would take about 20-25 minutes - it's a lovely ride! **When pulling out of the driveway - be careful.** There is a large tree canopy across the street that extends a bit across the drive. Be especially careful if pulling out of our driveway at night.
