When you want to explore, head four miles to Donner Memorial State Park or around five miles to historic downtown Truckee. The Tahoe Donner Golf Course is just over a mile away and the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center is just under three miles from the home. In winter months, head three miles to the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center and the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort, a great spot for kids and beginners. Plus, you're within 16 miles of more challenging terrain at Sugar Bowl, Northstar, and Squaw Valley. At the home itself, the spacious living area features vaulted ceilings, wood flooring, and a wood-burning fireplace with a beautiful stone surround. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
