Located in the Woodbridge Condominium complex, this condo offers walking access to the Village Shuttle and the handy trail system that covers the town. Enjoy the alpine air on the balcony while sipping your favorite beverage. Perks include dual suites, a loft, and a fireplace. The stylish living area offers a gas fireplace and a TV. The pristine kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a commercial waffle maker and ample counter space. When it’s time to dine, there is seating at the kitchen bar and dining table. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Enjoy the alpine air on the balcony, fitted with a gas grill. The Woodbridge Condominiums community amenities include a complimentary Village Shuttle and trail system and high-speed WiFi. This two-story condo is on the second floor (elevators are not available). Like many properties in the area, this vacation home does not have air-conditioning. Take the convenient network of trails from your condo to prominent areas in town, including the base of Snowmass Ski Resort. The complimentary shuttle bus also stops steps from your door. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
