Welcome to Peak Valley Manor, a Modern Farmhouse. Built by an award-winning, local builder, we are sure you will enjoy its modern farmhouse charm as we do. Enjoy one or two private suites, the Lucky Debonair Room and the Cannonade Room, in this grand modern farmhouse. Wake up to sunrise views of Pikes Peak while savoring a cup of gourmet coffee. Energize before experiencing all the Front Range offers. At the end of the day, unwind at one of the many local fine dining establishments. Then return to the ranch to be reveled in your private projection theater before retiring to your suite and stately bed for the night.
Janet and Dennis recently retired as small business owners in Arizona and have been married 50+ years. They successfully operated a number of hobby stores for 30 years and still maintain their home in Arizona. They live in Colorado Springs during the summer months where they serve as cohosts of Peak Valley Manor along with their son, Shane, and his wife, Samantha. Prior to becoming small business owners in Arizona, Janet and Dennis were school teachers in Nebraska and helped worked the family farm growing corn and raising cattle. Janet taught in library sciences while Dennis taught mathematics. They are excited to return to their farming and ranching roots and share this modern farmhouse with you.
Peak Valley Manor is located in the tranquil area of Black Forest in the northern part of Colorado Springs. Despite its desirable and peaceful seclusion, it is conveniently located only minutes from the North Gate of the Air Force Academy, downtown Old Monument, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
