Built in 2022, this home is located in Manhattan Beach, a quiet oceanside neighborhood at the north end of Rockaway Beach. You can walk to the beach in about a minute to spend your days surfing, clamming, and collecting seashells. There's so much to do and explore nearby, including Manhattan Beach State Recreation Site (less than a mile), the bustling shops and eateries of downtown Rockaway (just over a mile), the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad (seven miles), the Manzanita Links (11 miles), and the Tillamook Creamery (14 miles). Wake up each morning to peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the bedrooms and balcony upstairs. Downstairs on the main floor, there's a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances where you can fix your morning coffee, flip pancakes on the gas range, and set the dining room table for a family breakfast. After a day spent at the beach, come home to unwind in central air-conditioning or gather outside on the patio for a barbecue on the gas grill and marshmallows roasted over the smokeless firepit. Stargaze from the warmth of the hot tub before heading back indoors to curl up on the leather sofas, play board games by the gas fireplace, and stream your favorite movies on the living room TV. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
