2500 square feet. Directly on the river with seasonal dock. The way to the rivers edge is a very steep gravel path, this is not recommended for guest with trouble hiking. Property has a firepit, 2 private decks with lots of seating and a 180-degree view. 3 large common area's and a fully stocked and equipped kitchen. Parking for 8 cars including room for a boat trailer.
