Not only is this a great low density complex but this unit rocks!!! Relax in the NEW recliner, accent chair or the sleeper sofa. Then watch the NEW flat screen 40" television or retreat to the bedroom where you can watch the news on the NEW flat screen 32" television. We also just added a NEW comforter set on our comfortable king size bed. You can walk to many of the nice restaurants that range from the casual to the fancy. Oh, did I mention the view? It's AWESOME! Come and relax in our cozy, clean, and well maintained unit. Have fun! *Please note: Phoenix East II is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
