Phoenix West II is a group friendly property that is directly on the beach in a perfect location. The unit offers 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, fabulous balcony, granite kitchen, stainless steel appliances and all the extras. Bedding set up: Primary and one guest room have kings, second guest has 2 double beds, and there is a Sleeper Sofa in the living room for a total of 10 people. We are located close to the Gulf State Park for that offers walking and riding trails and the longest fishing pier on the gulf coast. Sit on the large balcony or head to the beach with a private walkway. The living area and primary bedroom open on the porch with views of the Gulf of Mexico. As you enter the property you know you have come to a first class property. There is a gulf front lazy river, enclosed parking, dramatic lobbies with entertainment and seating for all ages, heated indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, hot tubs, multi-level fitness center and more. The hardest decision of the stay will be do l visit around or just enjoy staying here. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies). All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate. Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. The number of passes needed for each reservation must be prepaid prior to your arrival. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times. ENTRY CODES ARE TEXT TO GUEST ON DAY OF ARRIVAL LIMIT 2 AUTOS PER RESERVATION PER UNIT (and passes must be displayed on drivers dash) All levels can be access by elevator Parking passes are purchased on site. Age limit to rent is 25. STRICTLY ENFORCED
