The remodeled well-equipped kitchen has all new appliances and from the kitchen window you can watch the skiers returning home on the ski run or hikers and mountain bikers enjoying the trail in the summer. In warm weather, open the windows or the rear sliding balcony door to listen to Sawmill Creek flowing through the wetlands. The wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and a romantic touch to the living room, perfect for wintertime or other cool evenings. When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center! Things to Know This unit is located on the lower third (3rd) floor - 32 stairs total. There are no elevators on property. Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by us and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality.
