Property info

The unit is gated off from the other cottages, which makes it very private and great for pets too! The inside is beautifully decorated and features an updated kitchen complete with an ice-maker, refrigerator, coffee-maker, cook-top (no oven), blender, and microwave. The upstairs loft has a king-sized bed and a skylight. The downstairs living area is equipped with a queen-sized sofa bed and sleeps two guests, if necessary.   Porchside Paradise is one of three units that comprises the group property Conch Republic Cottages. The three units can be booked separately or as a group. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A POOL. You may use the pool at Dante’s if you utilize their food and beverage services or you may purchase a day pass using the link below at any of the hotels located near your rental. HOUSE RULES The following rules are a condition of this rental: * MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Guest agrees to the maximum number of occupants previously stated and to register all occupants and visitors at the time the reservation is made. If there are any changes or substitutions in occupancy, RKWV must receive immediate notice. * OCCUPANTS: No occupants under the age of 25 are allowed unless accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian. Non-compliance with this provision will result in denial of occupancy and forfeiture of all monies paid to date. * QUIET HOURS: Guest and their visitors SHALL NOT DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music or unlawful, unsafe or pollution-causing behavior.
