This mid-century modern house is newly remodeled and is located smack dab in the center of Las Vegas right off the strip. It features new laminate floors throughout, beautiful quartz countertops, and four roomy bedrooms with the third and fourth bedrooms connected by a sliding glass door. The fourth bedroom has a private bath. There’s lots of seating in the living room and a large kitchen table with six chairs and additional chairs if needed in the kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful view of the desert landscape in the front or enjoy a dinner out on the patio with views of the Stratosphere tower. There’s many games available to enjoy time together. This home will not disappoint with the premium location and all the comforts of home.
We are an adventurous couple who enjoy traveling and love hosting and meeting people from all over the world.
Guests who stay here love the ease of accessing many city destinations like casino, The Arts Dist., Main Street, The Convention Center, musiums, and performing arts venues. Guests love the views of the strat and how they can walk to the Start and to the moneral.
