The Space This thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom home includes: 2 Queen beds 1 Twin-over-Full bunk bed 1 Queen-size sleeper sofa All furnishings, mattresses, and appliances are brand-new to ensure a stylish and comfortable stay. Kitchen & Dining The fully stocked kitchen includes: Full-size appliances Cutlery, dishes, pots & pans Electric kettle, toaster, and blender Dining for 8: 6-seat table + 2-seat counter Bedrooms & Bathrooms Blackout blinds in all bedrooms Window coverings in every room, including bathrooms 21/2 bath - 2 full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower (no bathtubs) The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor. Additional Features Lockable storage area beneath the home for beach gear Outdoor foot & body rinse-off (front and back of house) Private carport for two vehicles (note: the space is narrow—please use caution) Note: While some neighboring homes are still under construction, our house is complete, guest-ready, and maintained to the highest standards.
