This is part of our House Rules. If rental agreement form is not completed within 48hrs of booking, your reservation will be subject to Cancellation. PRIVATE ROOM in Ballantyne, South Charlotte. Home is SHARED with other guest occupants. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Half & full bathrooms are shared, you may have bathrooms to yourself depending on guest occupancy at the time of booking. Room is fully equipped with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee/tea station & toaster. Kitchen access available for long term stays ONLY (28 days or more), At your doorstep! you will find many dining options at - The Bowl, Ballantyne Village or Stonecrest. - There is a security system installed at this property for the security of our guests and safety of the home for remote monitoring when vacant. The front and back of house are monitored and recorded with cameras 🐶 this home is shared w/ two friendly dogs (Bax n Rubi) who live at the property and stay in a separate room, they are well behaved and pretty much keep to themselves.
