We have been hosting for the past 10 years. Our hope is that you find a quiet place to relax and recharge. We are here to make sure you have the best stay! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable.

Property info

We are surrounded by nature on the two acres our house sits on. Even though we are near off the street, it's very quiet. You can run to Lums Pond which has beautiful trails for biking and hiking. At the end of the street is a delicious Tender Bones take-out shop. Their is also an 'Oceanmart deli' with sandwiches and simple amenities, and a liquor store just minutes from our home. We are now permitting pets for an additional cost.

Neighborhood info

15 minutes to Christiana Mall. 7 minutes to a movie theater at People’s Plaza. University of Delaware just 20 minutes away in cozy Newark with a fun Main Street filled with restaurants and shops. Rehoboth Beach and tax-free shopping at the Tanger Outlets only one hour and 15 minutes away. Lums Pond is only 5 minutes from our home with hiking trails for walking and biking as well as kayak and canoe rentals. The canal is only 8 minutes from our home which provides a paved walking/biking trail along the water. Chesapeake City and Delaware City are 20 minutes away with waterfront bar and dining.
