COMPLIMENTARY MJ PROVIDED IN YOUR ROOM FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT!
1906 Victorian style single dwelling two-story brick home well taken care of and brought back to its original beauty. Beautiful view of Simpson's Rest from the front yard and a 5-minute walk to downtown. 420 friendly. Tobacco outside. Ashtray and lighter supplied in room for your convenience. Also included are local magazines, menus, and CannaPages for those interested in coupons at all the dispensaries.
I am a historical record transcriber and currently have six books for sale on Amazon. I also enjoy doing crossword puzzles, Word search, watching Survivor and Wheel of Fortune. I spend a lot of time in the spring and summer tending to my yard as it always needs attention.
In the 35 years that I have lived in my home I have never had any problems in the neighborhood. They are mostly homeowners without children. It is a quiet neighborhood.
