70 quiet acres of natural forest with 15 ft. frontage on The Little Tchefuncte River (the only artisan fed river in Louisiana). Giant Cypress, Magnolia, Pine, Oak and many hardwoods. Great variety of wild animals and birds including deer, turkey, squires, rabbits, owls, woodpeckers, dove, etc... Outdoor games include bucket golf, cornhole and horse shoes. Unlimited free firewood for outdoor campfires.
Walks in the woods, chilling at the river and time with my family.
No neighborhood...very secluded and private.
